Should Your Vow Renewal Have A Cake?

I've performed a lot of Maui vow renewals where the couple decided they wanted to pull out a few of the stops and have a lot of trimmings. Sometimes this is because they didn't have much at their first wedding and sometimes it is because they just want to make their Maui renewal day all that more special.

Certainly if you are celebrating a major anniversary like your 25th or another big day in the history your relationship together, having your own wedding cake and sparkling apple presentation on the beach is a fine addition.

You'll find that we use your wedding cake and your glasses for a lot of our photography. It's always fun for the couple to feed each other cake and have the sparkling apple cider toast. We will also use your glasses in a heart we draw in the sand. We write "Just Re-Mauied" in the sand and have the two of you behind it for some photos.
