Having A Sunrise Vow Renewal Ceremony

I think that a sunrise vow renewal ceremony can be an exciting time for any couple who arrives in Hawaii. Being on the beach at sunrise or shortly afterward and renewing your love and commitment to each other can be a romantic and intimate time for most couples.

One nice thing about a sunrise service is that there will likely be less people on the beach. But also, if you let your Maui Vow Renewal company select their most private beach for you, the chances that you won't see too many other people will be enhanced. Another website that I like is Affordable Maui Weddings which also has Affordable Maui Vow Renewals on their site.

Take a look at some of the Maui beach vow renewal sites that they use so you can get a great idea what your sunrise (or sunset) vow renewal might look like.

Vow Renewal Happiness in Hawaii

A vow renewal can be such a happy experience. But there are certainly pitfalls that you better be aware of.

On more than one occasion I arrived to do a vow renewal and discovered that the couple were having marital problems. In the cases I remember, the husband had paid for a vow renewal and the wife refused to participate because she was upset with him. Don't let this happen to you! That man paid for something he didn't receive and ended up worse off than had he not done it at all.

Obviously, relationships cannot be saved or improved simply by planning an event. It is far better to work on your relationship ahead of time to make certain that you are moving towards closer connections before you schedule something like a vow renewal. But as you move your relationship in the right direction, a vow renewal can certainly be a great experience for a happy couple.

I think the most important thing any couple wants to do to improve their relationship is to listen to each other. When you listen, you find out what your spouse really wants and is really interested in. Then as you give to your spouse what it is that they deeply want, it can't help but make them feel all the more endeared to you.

Believe me, I have seen many tearful brides at vow renewals that I have performed over the years because the husband had learned to be sensitive to his wife's needs by listening to her and making her happy.

Probably few things are as exciting a having a vow renewal in Hawaii. Let me recommend to you a company that will likely give you want you want in the way of a value-filled renewal on Maui. Check out the Maui Vow Renewal website. You might also like to take a look at their vow renewal packages page. And they also have a page where they show you what Maui beaches they use the most for their services, which is worth seeing.

Ways For Couples to Celebrate Their Anniversary

I suppose there are hundreds of ways of celebrating your anniversary. But let me just make a few suggestions here to give you some ideas.

Think about how you can surprise your spouse, as to what would be a pleasant experience. Most obvious is going out to dinner unexpectedly, but there are so many other ways to surprise. What about leaving a gift on a pillow (or under the pillow). What about hiding several gifts in the house and/or bedroom and giving her a "treasure map" which she must follow to find her gifts? You could even create a riddle puzzle which must be solved in order for her to get to where her surprises are planted.

Give your spouse a card for each day that you've been married. You can commemorate each year of your marriage with each card, making remarks back at what happened in each year. You can also have a little present upon the giving of each card. These can be anything from sweet like a chocolate bar to a piece of jewelry, and so on. The idea is to make it fun and have your spouse looking forward to each day's card and gift. I did this myself one year to a response from my wife. It was well worth all of my effort.

One of the most exiting things you can do for your anniversary is to give your spouse a fun filled vacation to a tropical destination like Maui Hawaii. And part of that surprise could be a romantic vow renewal on a Maui beach where you have a minister and a photographer greet you for your special day.

If you decide to do the later, you will want to choose a company for your special ceremony. Let me recommend Affordable Maui Weddings which also does vow renewals. Another website, which is similar is Maui Vow Renewals which will give you the same service.

How Much Should A Maui Vow Renewal Cost?

Of course a Maui vow renewal can be expensive or cheap depending on what you want to pay. But it is possible to have a nice vow renewal at an affordable cost if you just go to the right company.

Let me recommend to websites for you to check out. First is Maui Vow Renewal which has excellent prices and gives great service. Definitely a site worth looking at.

Second, I would recommend that you take a look at Affordable Maui Wedding Vow Renewals. This company does weddings of course and great vow renewals at the most effective prices I've seen. Take a look at what they have to offer.

I think a full service vow renewal on Maui doesn't have to cost more than $497. And if you want less than the 30 photos in the featured package from Affordable Maui Weddings, you can get 15 images even cheaper.

One nice thing about a vow renewal is that you won't have to pay for a wedding license and so that's an expense that won't hit you. But if you just want a ceremony on the beach and nothing else (no flowers, no photography, no souvenir certificate) you can probably get your renewal for about $147. That's pretty darn cheap!

The Cost of A Great Anniversary Dinner in Maui

What is the cost of a great anniversary dinner in Maui? Of course that varies depending upon your budget, your tastes, and the restaurant you choose to go to. If just the two of you are going to a restaurant I think you can count on spending on up to $200. But you can certainly spend less.

There are a lot of great restaurants on Maui including Mama's Fish House on the North Shore. Personally, I've never eaten there but I've talked with many who have and who raved about the restaurant. Many consider it to be the best place to eat on Maui.

One thing that you might want to consider if you go to Mama's for your anniversary dinner is that they have this really nice beach right in front of the restaurant. I've performed many vow renewals on this little strip of sand and rocks in the Paia/Haiku area. It really is a perfect place for a romantic vow renewal with photography and a nice ceremony, and then dinner at Mama's afterwards.

One thing to keep in mind if you do this is to tell Mama's what you're planning. While the palm tree area opposite the public beach looks like part of that area, that part of the property belongs to the restaurant. I've had them chase me off of it if I'm doing photography with one of my couples, so its nice to let Mama's know what you've be doing and that you are eating their afterwards so that they will be supportive.

Also, keep in mind that Mama's is one of the most popular restaurants on Maui so you simply MUST get your reservations in advance our you may end up disappointed.

Check out the great vow renewal packages on the Maui Vow Renewal website. If you want to book a vow renewal to go along with your dinner at Mama's call Susan at 800-791-2299.

Getting Romantic For Your Anniversary

There are of course many ways to get romantic on your anniversary.

You might also think about taking her shopping for something romantic. I say "take her" because most men don't really enjoy shopping for clothes much, to accompany your wife out to look at clothes can be a real treat for her.

Now if you are trying to please your husband taking him out for clothes shopping probably won't do. But you could go with him to help him shop for something that he's been longing to have. If you don't know what he wants, just ask him and then offer to go together on an outing to shop.

Take your spouse out to a fine restaurant (especially their favorite). A nice dinner after your shopping would also seem more romantic.

Take them on a short holiday to a special location. Someplace like Hawaii is really awesome if you can afford it. If you do decide to go to Hawaii, I would recommend choosing Maui as it is probably the most romantic island in the world. It also is a great place to have a vow renewal.

Let me recommend to you Maui Vow Renewal which is a website that I put together for a company that I started years ago. They still have the best in Maui vow renewal packages. And they also have great ideas for the many different renewal and wedding services that you might want to experience. Check out their website and give Susan (their coordinator) a call. She can be reached at 800-791-2299.

Special Ideas for a Great Vow Renewal

You want to give your spouse a great vow renewal. Here are some ideas that you might want to use.

First, make it a surprise. You do this simply by doing all of the planning ahead of time on your own. Some couples share all of their financial information and if your spouse sees the credit card charges they might become aware that something is going on. I've even known of spouses who had a mother or mother-in-law do their charges for them to keep the surprise.

Second, go someplace really special. If you do your vow renewal on a tropical vacation to someplace like Hawaii it will obviously have much more impact. But if the special place is just to a fantastic local restaurant which has a garden for the service, that would also work.

Third, get her to dress up without knowing why. Some spouses will tell their mate that they want to wear their newest dress out to the mall (or somewhere similar) and say "would you please dress up for me so I can wear my new dress?" Just make the reason for dressing up different for the actual renewal surprise.

Fourth, shape the evening. You want to plan what is going to happen like you are on a schedule because it will be important for the two of you to arrive on time for your special ceremony.

Fifth, get some wedding professionals to help you. A good wedding professional will also do vow renewals (as everything is the same except you won't be having a "legal" ceremony). If you're going to Hawaii I would recommend you contact Susan Craft who has booked hundreds of vow renewals on Maui. Check out her Maui Vow Renewal website here.

Sixth, hire a minister to do a romantic ceremony for the two of you. You want to get a personable minister who will give you a romantic ceremony. I think David Webster (and also his wife Shari) on Maui offer some great ceremonies. Here's one of his ceremonies on their website.

Seventh, invite some family members to arrive separately. If they show up right about the time the action begins to take place, it will be a special surprise and very impactful on your spouse.

Eighth, hire a photographer (and/or videographer) to record the moment. This makes everything so much more exciting and it also gives you both great memories to look back upon. Let me recommend on Maui a great wedding and vow renewal photographer.

Maui Ala Carte Vow Renewals

If you want to have a Maui vow renewal with ala carte pricing (instead of selecting a package) I would recommend that you go to the link here to see what's available. Some people just like the idea of selecting exactly what they want by choosing each service that a company has to offer that that's a why to do it.

This same Maui Vow Renewal company of course does offer renewal packages. So if you want to see what you get in their packages and compare it to the ala carte pricing you can go to that page. Now if you want to compare the packages with each other, you might want to go to this page where you can get a vow renewal package comparison spreadsheet.

Why Have a Vow Renewal in Hawaii?

I can think of any place more romantic for a vow renewal to celebrate your relationship than in Hawaii. There is something so refreshing about the beautiful coastline and the pristine mountains of the islands that it just seems like the right place to celebrate your relationship.

And of all the islands of Hawaii, I believe that Maui is the best one to be remarried on. The island of Oahu (where Honolulu is located) is very crowded. There are more than a million people on that island and so its just hard to find a quiet beach location there. The Big Island (called Hawaii) is just too big. And there are really very few good beaches because of all the lava rock. You also have the problem of the vog (which is the volcano smog) that blows in your direction based upon the winds of the day. Not very healthy.

Kauai is a nice small island, but most of the good beaches are on the east side so its difficult to get a good sunset ceremony. So my choice of the best islands of the "Sandwich Isles" (which is what Hawaii used to be called) is Maui.

Maui is just the right size. Not too big, but not to small, with lots to do on your vacation and also a number of great Maui wedding companies that can perform your vow renewal. I would recommend Maui Vow Renewal. Take a look at their affordable vow renewal packages. You might might also want to view their ala carte pricing as well.

Renew Vows in Maui on a Beach

Would you like to renew your vows on a beach in Maui? You're not alone. Every year hundreds if not thousands come to Hawaii, and more specifically to the island of Maui so that they can renew their relationship with a vow renewal ceremony.

Maui is such a special place and it will bring back such great memories to you, so it is probably a good idea to plan a more fun filled renewal service with the company that you choose. When I was in the business of doing weddings and vow renewals on Maui, we often had one member of a couple plan a surprise vow renewal for their spouse. For me personally, it was always a joy to be a part of that surprise.

Sometimes the husband would get his wife to dress up to go to dinner and then would say, "let's go down and walk on the beach for a few moments." I would see them (knowing ahead of time where they would be and how they would be dressed). And I would come up and ask them if they were another couple. The spouse who had planned the renewal would say, "No, that's not us." And so I would tell them I was there to do a simple wedding but my couple would be late.

And then I would suggest that I take a few pictures of them for free. As I would take pictures of them and pose them on the beach, I would say, "Oh, it looks like my couple has arrived." Then I would pull out my minister's book and start the ceremony. The look on the bride's face in those situations was so priceless. A lot of the wives would begin to get moist as they realized what the husband had planned.

So renewing your vows in Maui on a beach can be very romantic. Just make sure you have the right company. The company that I started has a website called Maui Vow Renewal. Many of the same people are still working with that company and I know you'll get excellent service. You can take a look at their vow renewal packages here. Also, take a look at some of their special vow renewal services here.

I highly recommend that you give them a call at 800-791-2299.

Maui Vow Renewal Packages

Probably the best way to get a good deal on a vow renewal in Maui is to look at the vow renewal packages that are available. The reason packages are so good is that they off a lot of different services for less money than you would pay if you purchased everything ala carte. So you definitely want to check out a company's package pages.

Maui Vow Renewal is a great place to start looking for a company in Hawaii that does vow renewals. Take a look at their website and you'll see a lot of photos from previous weddings and renewals that will give you a great idea what your renewal might look like. They have a lot of different pages on their services from flowers, to photography, videography, hair and makeup for the wife, music, butterflies and doves. You name it, you can get it from this company.

Let me suggest that when you look at packages you want to find the smallest package that has everything in it that you want. Most companies don't want you to take anything out of a package, so its best to choose a package that includes everything that you want first. Then if there are other services which you want to add, you can take a look at their ala carte page to find what you're missing. This is probably the most cost effective way of using a Maui wedding package.

Vow Renewal Packages

If you're thinking about having a vow renewal in the near future, one of the things you'll likely want to do in the planning stages is to find a company in the area where you want to go that has some good and inexpensive vow renewal packages. Obviously, you'll find that not all packages and destination wedding/renewal companies are the same, so it is good to do some comparative shopping.

I think one of the greatest destinations for having both a vacation and also a vow renewal when you're on vacation is that of Hawaii. The Hawaiian islands have consistently been voted the top islands in the world by the readers of Conde Nast Traveler Magazine. And the number one rated island in the world has consistently been that of Maui, Hawaii. So if you're thinking about a vacation, you might want to check out Maui.

One of my favorite companies doing vow renewals in Maui has a website that is called (simply enough) Maui Vow Renewal. They also have incredibly priced vow renewal packages. If you like what you see I would give Susan a call (who is their booking agent) and she can give you all sorts of ideas for your renewal. She has coordinated thousands of weddings and renewals over the years. She can be reached at 1-800-791-2299.

Why Have a Beach Vow Renewal?

There are certainly many different venues to have a vow renewal. But obviously, sometimes couples decide that they want to do something "really special" to commemorate their union together. And when you're going of a vacation during your anniversary (or even just want to remember it while they are on vacation), what better place to do it than on a beach at sunset?

Now of course, you don't want to go to a crowded beach. Nor do you want to go to a beach that is not beautiful. I doubt that you would want to visit a beach that is dirty or ugly. And you probably won't want to go in the heat of the day (unless you are going to a rather cold climate area). Probably the best times of the day for a vow renewal on a beach would be in the early morning (at sunrise) or later in the afternoon when you can get a sunset.

Of course, not all beaches offer the opportunity of either a sunrise or a sunset depending on whether they face into the west or east. But having done vow renewals both in the early morning and at sunset I can tell you that it is much easier to do a sunset ceremony than it is to do one in the morning. For one thing sunsets just seem to last longer than sun risings. Plus you have to get up pretty early to be on the beach when the sun is rising (so it takes a lot more effort to get a minister and/or a photographer to come to your renewal in the morning.

Whichever you choose you can go wrong coming to Hawaii where the beaches are on the whole incredible. And one of the best companies on Maui for doing vow renewals is Maui Vow Renewal. Be sure and take a look at some of their favorite Maui beaches where they do weddings. They are awesome. I'm sure you'll want to take a look at their vow renewal packages page which will give you a great idea of their inexpensive prices.

Vow Renewal and Beach Dinner

Have you ever imagined having a vow renewal with your spouse and a minister on a tropical beach somewhere? How cool would it be to do that right at sunset? And even more romantic and exciting, how incredible would it be to then treat each other to a catered dinner for two at a table set up on the grass overlooking that same beach, watching the sun set and listening to a musician serenade with love songs? Pretty amazing. That would be the vow renewal celebration to end all celebrations. Hard to top it.

Will I'm writing this post to say that I've personally did just that with my wife. And it was awesome. We enjoyed this experience in Maui on one of the beaches overlooking a beautiful sunset on the west side of the island. What an incredible experience that was to be in Hawaii and enjoying each other within such an incredible tropical vista behind us.

I hope this give you an idea wherever you are that you could do the same thing especially if you live near a beach or if you are planning to go on a vacation soon in a tropical location. A celebration of your relationship like this has a profound impact upon your relationship. It really will build up your own special anniversary celebration.

Of course, the biggest problem with having a vow renewal of a beach and also a catered dinner overlooking the beach is finding vendors who can do that for you. I can't imagine trying to find services like that at most beach side cities in the United States.

But if you are thinking about coming to Maui Hawaii I would definitely recommend that you contact the same company that we used to have our vow renewal an dinner overlooking the beach afterwards. They did it all for us. Just tell Susan what you want and she'll set it all up. Check out their website at Maui Vow Renewals. The experience is so awesome that I'm sure you won't regret it.

Beach Vow Renewal Hawaii

A beach vow renewal in Hawaii: what could be more romantic for your anniversary? Remembering each of your years together is a special time for both of you. And there is nothing more special than to stand on a pristine tropical beach and tie the knot all over again!

There are certainly a lot of beaches in this world that you can choose for such a renewal ceremony. But no place is quite like Hawaii. And of the four major Hawaiian
islands there is none which is so nearly exciting as the isle of Maui. Wouldn't you love to be standing on a Maui beach at sunset sharing your love and commitment once again?

A beach vow renewal in Maui doesn't have to be expensive. You want to look for an inexpensive but professional company. And I have a company which I would suggest to you that will give you a meaningful vow renewal ceremony right on the beach of your choice. Take a look at their website. It will give you all of the details for your upcoming renewal service.

Maui Vow Renewal has some great packages that will help you save money. Take a look for yourself at their website.

Cheap Beach Vow Renewal

You want a cheap vow renewal on the beach, without having it "feel cheap" (if you know what I mean). In other words, you don't want to spend a lot of money, but still have that incredible experience that comes from having a romantic renewal of your wedding vows right on a beautiful beach in paradise.

There's a lot to imagine about how great such an experience truly is. Coming from one who has had such a renewal on a beach, I can tell you that it is pretty awesome. I believe the best place you can have such an experience is in Maui Hawaii. That's where we did our renewal.

And there is an excellent company which can handle all of the details for you and still keep the renewal on the cheap side. They will provide the minister, the flower leis, a bouquet if you want one, photography, a cake if you decide to have one, and so much more like even dinner on the beach afterwards. They have some great package and extras to offer. And they'll do all the work for you in setting it up. You just have to show up as they'll take care of all the details.

The company I recommend to you is Maui Me (as in "will you 'Maui me'?"). And they have a great website just for vow renewals which captures the heart and feeling of what they have to offer. Follow the links in this post and check out their website. Then if it really grabs you, I suggest that you give Susan a call at 800-879-2299.

Vow Renewal on the Beach

What could be more exiting than having your own vow renewal on the beach? I can't think of anything that would be more romantic except having that renewal take place right about the time the sun is setting in the west.

We personally experienced having a vow renewal at sunset in a beach in Hawaii. It was on Maui to be exact, which (having been to all of the islands) I feel is the most beautiful and romantic of them all. If you are thinking of having a vow renewal on a beach to celebrate your upcoming anniversary, or just to commemorate any part of your years together, this is a great place to do it. You'll never regret the experience.

And I do have a company to recommend to you that can give you exactly what you want (whether its a small or even a big event with family members attending). They have inexpensive vow renewal packages along with a list of clearly priced ala carte services which will help you decide if you want to add anything to their basic packages.

My experience with this company has been good and I think you'll enjoy talking to Susan who books all of the weddings. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and warm which makes talking to her so much easier. Take a look at their website: Maui Vow Renewal and give Susan a call if you like what you see. She can be reached at 800-791-2299.

Inexpensive Maui Vow Renewal

An inexpensive Maui vow renewal might seem like a difficult challenge to find. But it is possible to book yourself a truly inexpensive vow renewal on the island of Maui in Hawaii if you know where to look.

Maui Vow Renewal is the website of the company that I would recommend you look at. Their website has a lot of neat information about how to go about setting up your own vow renewal in paradise. I especially like the fact that they have several of their favorite Maui beach locations featured (with lots of great pictures of couples on those beaches) so you can get a feeling what the environment will be like at your renewal ceremony.

This company does a lot of vow renewals and weddings so they know what they're doing. They've coordinated up to 3000 weddings and renewals since 1998 so you definitely know that they have the kind of experience that should translate well into giving you a fun filled renewal.

Check out their vow renewal packages to see how you like their prices. If you like what you see, I would suggest that you give Susan their booking coordinator a ring. The number is toll free: 1-800-791-2299.

Maui Vow Renewal

Are you thinking of having a vow renewal in Maui? I can't imagine a more enchanting place to have your relationship renewed than in Maui. You can do it anywhere on the island but most couples find that having a renewal standing on the beach is extremely romantic.

And the best time of the day to do that is at sunset. If you are hoping to get any Maui photos of the event -- and you show because the pictures will be so incredible -- I highly recommend do your renewal at sunset. Reciting your recommit right before the sun sets into a beautiful ocean to the west will be a lifetime memory.

You can do all of that simply if you have the right company. I would like to recommend to you Maui Vow Renewal which has great prices, a good website (to help you visualize what you will be doing), excellent service, and a timely booking agent. Take a look at their very affordable Maui vow renewal packages and if you like what you see give Susan (their booking coordinator) a ring at 800-791-2299.
